미러 대상

github.com/dEitY719/test-skills — upstream 에 있는 repo 1개를 미러 대상으로 지정. gh / git 은 스텁으로 바꿔 실제 호스트에는 아무것도 닿지 않았다.

Step 0-1 검증

Step 0-1 은 읽기 전용 호출만으로 통과했다.

Step 2 에서 [PLAN] 이 출력되고 --dry-run 이라 그 자리에서 정지했다.
